Copper North Closes 3rd Tranche Of Its Non-Brokered Private Placement Offering

August 22, 2017 - Vancouver, British Columbia -- Copper North Mining Corp. ("Copper North" or the "Company") (TSX.V:COL) is pleased to announce that further to its news release dated August 10, 2017, it has closed the 3rd tranche of its previously announced non-brokered private placement (the "Offering") for gross proceeds of $810,000.
The Company has issued 13,500,000 Common Shares pursuant to the Offering at a price of $0.06 per Common Share. . All securities issued pursuant to the Offering are subject to a statutory hold period of four months and 1 day, expiring on December 22, 2017. The net proceeds from the sale of the Offering will be used for general working capital and corporate purposes.
The securities have not been and will not be registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "1933 Act"), or under any state securities laws, and may not be offered or sold, directly or indirectly, or delivered within the United States or to, or for the account or benefit of, U.S. persons (as defined in Regulation S under the 1933 Act) absent registration or an applicable exemption from the registration requirements.
